読み込み不能なDVD-R

名前： rideon: はじめまして、いつも参考にさせて頂いております。
最近、昔焼いたＤＶＤをたまたま計測してみたところ、
かなり悪い結果だったので、バックアップをとろうとしたのですが、
半分ぐらい読んだところでリードエラーが出てしまいます。
中身がSW-9585のＩ-Ｏ外付けドライブで1年ほど前に焼いたメディアですが、
誘電なのでまさかここまでひどいとは予想外でした。
当方所有のドライブはLH-20A1P、AD-7173A、DVR-212ですが、
DVR-212はバッファローに修理に出しております。
LH-20A1P、AD-7173A共に同じところでリードエラーが発生します。
なんとかデータをそのまま救出させたいのですが、なにか良い方法はないものでしょうか？
