光学ドライブ外付けケースの電源を間違えて

名前： PioPio: SD-5U2-A2（中は112D）を使用していて2枚焼いたのですが後になって気づいてSD-5U2-A2に付属しているACアダプターでなく別の製品のACアダプターを使用している事に気づきました。

別のアダプターを使うのは危険とこの掲示板内で見た覚えがあるのですが。アダプターに表記されている内容を下記に書かせていただきます。

SD-5U2-A2のアダプター（AREAで管理人さんのシルバー版です）
INPUT :AC 100-240V,35-42VA 50/60Hz
OUTPUT ：DC 12V,1.5A

間違えて使った別のアダプター「がちゃポン（HDD外ケース）
INPUT :100-240V～0.6Amax 50-60Hｚ
OUTPUT ：12.0V=2.0A

となっていました、間違えて使ったときは2枚とも書き込みは正常に終わりました。

「合致するボルトがあれば使えます」と過去スレにあったのですがどこを見ればいいのかわかりません。
外付けの電源もかなり調べたのですが上記に関する内容が見つからずこちらに書き込みさせて頂きました。

以前も別のケースで同じことをして書き込みが出来なくなった経験がありアダプターには気をつけていたのですがうっかりしていました。

今のケースが壊れていないか心配で急いで書いたので別アダプターで正常にかきこみは終わったまでしか確認できていません。間違えて別のACアダプターを使った事で問題が起きることがあるでしょうか？

このAREAに使える別売りの要領の大きいACアダプターのさがしていたのですが、どれなのか全くわからず今に至っています。別売りACアダプターご存知ではないでしょうか、紹介して頂けますと助かります。

あせってパニックになってしまい、手が震えた状態で入力しましたので文面が読みずらいかもしれません。申し訳ございません。
