- HDD取り外しで解決したって報告なんでしょw
DVR-115Dで、特定のHDDとの組み合わせで、
読み込みが不安定になった経験はありますよ。

まあそれはさておき。
構成を見るとご指摘のHDDのみ、UDMA-mode2(ATA33)動作ですね。
AD-7200AはUDMA mode-4(ATA66)で動作するドライブですし、他のHDDもmode-2以上のドライブですね。
速度の遅いドライブと速いドライブを混在させる場合、
メインボードに近い方に遅い方を接続するとうまくいくことがあるようです。
試してみると良いかもしれません。
あと、DVDドライブとHDDを同じIDEケーブルにぶら下げるのは極力避けるべきだと思います。
転送がぶつかるというのもありますし、サードパーティのコントローラなんかだと
ATAPIがうまく動かず起動不能・誤動作・不具合なんかの原因になることが結構あります。
