名前： YOU: ホームセンターで、久々に購入意欲の湧く海外メーカー製DVD-Rを見つけました。

製品名は以下のとうりです。

早速、DVR-217Dで焼いてこちらのHPでメディアMID[TTH01]で検索するとThaimedia Incの偽装TDK・MID品でした。

またも、はずしてドリンクコースターを買ってしまったと思いながら計測すると、ランクAの計測結果でした。
DVR-217Dとの組み合わせがたまたま大当たりなのかと思いましたが、他の4機種のドライブでも焼いてみました。

①PIONEER DVR-217D　焼き速度4・6・8・12倍速　　すべてランクA

②Optiarc AD-7203S　 4・6・8・12・16倍速　16倍速がランクB、その他はランクA

③LG電子 GH22NP20　 4・8倍速　すべてランクA

④LITEON DH-20A4P　 4・6・8倍速　すべてランクA

⑤SONY DRU-700A 　メディア認識せず・書込み不可　　　(誘電８倍速、三菱８倍速での書込みは正常）

結果としては８倍速ドライブDRU-700A以外の１６倍速（２０倍速対応）ドライブではほとんどランクAでした。
SONY８倍速ドライブで認識しない点は８倍速以下のドライブに対応していない色素が使用されているのかもしれません。
（昔、FUJIFILM・8倍速オキソライフを焼いた時の結果と似ています。）

MID[TTH01]が同じInfinity DVD-R 8xと同一のメディアのようですが、ほとんどランクAなのは、あたりロットの製品に当たったからなのでしょうか？

ちなみに、このDVDは激安メディアにありがちな異臭がするのと、耐久性に不安があるので残りは、ビデオ編集した時のテスト焼きに使うつもりです。

ホームセンターでも定期に入る品ではないので在庫限りのセール品だそうです。

※4倍速ドライブ未対応となっていますが8倍速DVDドライブ、8倍速DVDレコーダーでもダメそうですので注意が必要です。
