DW1655のトレイ修復を参考にLITEON-SHM165P6Sのトレイ開閉不良の修復をして見ました。

輪ゴムに付け替えると開閉は正常になりましたが、2週間位で伸びてあえなく再発。
友人がトレイ開閉用モータのプーリー溝を軽く紙やすりで傷をつけるとベルトの空転防止になるとの情報。
少し効果が有りましたが、トレイ開は2回に1度空転でNG。

最後に収縮チューブをモーターのプーリーに2重に被せたら、うまく行きました。
収縮チューブはエーモン　6㎜径×140㎜長（7本入　300円）を使用しました。
作業は上カバー、トレイをはずした後、ゴムベルトを外してモータープーリに7～8㎜に切った収縮チューブを被せてライターであぶるだけです。
ベルトの伸びに応じて2枚または、3枚重ねをするとばっちりです。
