少し、書き忘れた事が有りましたので、再投稿します。
収縮チューブで修理する前に、弱電機械パーツ屋のWEBでゴムベルトを販売しており購入を考えました。しかし通販購入の試算をしたら配送料もいれて\1500-ほどなのでLGとかLITEONとかの激安ドライブの修理コストとしては高すぎました。
PLEXTOR、PIONNER、MATUSHITAとかの高額メーカー品には、ゴムベルトを通販で購入するのもよいと思います。
なお、収縮チューブでの修理後の経過は2ヶ月使用で良好です。完全にゴムベルトが伸びるまで1年程度は使えそうです。
